E-mails from e cigarette manufacturers will not be answered. We are not a retailer or a distributor of e cigarette products and are not interested in developing a manufacturing relationship with you.
E-mails from affiliate managers for e cigarette brands will be responded to on a case by case basis depending upon the quality of your brand and the appearance of your website. If you do not appear very professional in nature (i.e. your website is very poorly designed, hard to navigate, text is in broken English, etc), we are not interested in promoting your brand. We also do not promote brands that do not pay their bills. Yes, affiliate managers, we’re talking to you. If your company is bad about not paying their affiliates, then how can we honestly suggest your brand to the people who read reviews on this site? If you will do us dirty, you’ll do them dirty, too. If you don’t pay your affiliates, we will assume you run the rest of your business the same way. This also applies to currently listed brands on this site; just because they have paid in the past doesn’t mean that they will pay in the future due to the fact that failure to pay advertising fees is not only a sign of dishonesty within the company, but also a sign of financial instability within the company. Recommending brands that are financially unstable is irresponsible on our part simply because if we recommend a brand and that brand goes out of business, it reflects poorly on our judgment of a company’s stability and character. Anyone who purchases a kit based on our advice only to see that company go out of business 2 or 3 months later will be justifiably upset.
We also order from each company and test the customer service along with the product before doing reviews. We cannot accept free kits, so please don’t offer them. We review based on the experience we have with the companies and their customer service department.
